Sitting Risks

serenemaklong.blogspot.com

Researchers from the University of Western Sydney conducted a study involving 63,048 middle-aged Australian men, who recorded how many hours each day they usually spent sitting.

Men who sat for more than four hours every day had increased risks for heart disease, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and some cancers. Plus the longer the men sat, the higher their risks.
